Its a good day am well fed, eating much better food and though I need to quit smoking cigarettes I feel okay.

I’m still having some discomfort in my extremities, I am powering through.

I have a new team member who will see that I am successful I’m my drive to regain my independence. Old black men should have their own home, not struggling day to day, wasting money on hotels.
