At the end of the day, no matter what you believe in, no matter your political party… The only thing that matters is the human spirit.

I hope we can learn and grow together.

So while you’re out their marching, take time to look at the person along side you, consider sitting in meditation. While we all must fight for what’s right, I believe there is something beautiful over the horizon. I hope you will allow the Spirit to move you, so we all can make it a reality.

In the beginning, I didn’t like the term “Black Lives Matter,” it made me mad. I thought, how dare they, like I don’t know my life matter but one day… Laying on a doorway, I cried out to the Spirit… “Why doesn’t my life matter.” I was hurting inside, then it hit me. This cry for help “Black Lives Matter”

For whatever reason you say it, I hope you feel it, I hope the Spirit is calling deep inside of you.

I know it’s a stepping stone to something much greater, that’s why I want to remind you of the Spirit… The Human Spirit. The drive that moves all men and women.

Feel it rushing through you.

Don’t call it by any other name; God, Allah, Christ, Buddha whatever you think it should be named… Just call it the Spirit that moves all of us.

I hope one day we can lay down our arms and sit together in meditation and call on the Spirit together.
