When you finally learn the principal and value of a promise

you’ll keep them and not give them freely

most of all …keep the ones you make for yourself,

especially true and sacred.

For, if you cannot keep a promise to yourself …you cannot defend

or trade them with others.

“Promise thyself not to bring unnatural pain on your person, that you

cannot take account of your actions or those in your presence, nor allow

the self to be forced, coerced or manipulated into doing something that

would harm the self or those loved.

..And pop while you’re up there smiling on me, let them know …the spaces

I placed between I and them were only to protect, us all”.

Fill this heart father; I’m counting on you to lift my sword again.

Sancte Michael Archangele,

defende nos in proelio;

contra nequitiam et insidias diaboli esto praesidium.

Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur:

tuque, Princeps militiae Caelestis,

satanam aliosque spiritus malignos,

qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo,

divina virtute in infernum detrude.
